Course Objectives: 
A global manager follows the regional developments in a continuously changing world and has the ability to work with people from different cultures. He respects different cultural values and behaves gracefully when working with people from different cultures. Understand how different cultures perceive their environment and people.
Course Content: 
Intercultural management in Multinational Companies focuses on the cultural aspects of the international business environment. Economic globalization, multinational corporations and institutional collaborations have made culture an essential element to be addressed. Cultural, socialization, universalism, sociopsychological theories, cultural standards, cultural dimensions and scientific concepts which can be regarded as intercultural competences help to understand intercultural processes. The course also China, India and Germany as well as the promotion of Russian culture and a detailed inspection is made on culture in Turkey.
