Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to study the Turkish Foreign Policy from the point of view of history since the foundation of the Turkish Republic till the present day. The targets and tendencies of Turkish foreign policy, fundemental issues and principles will also be analyzed.
Course Content: 

In the context of this course, the principles of foreign policy from the foundation of Turkish Republic till the end of 1990s wil be studied. Foreign policy’s targets and tendencies will be reviewed in specific historical periods. Turkey’s relations with its neighbours and close environment, Europe and USA in particular will be studied.
