Course Objectives: 

To convey the main information about the basic principles of law and to provide a broad perspective especially in the field of Turkish private law.

Course Content: 

The course will focus on the legal system and the sources of law, after which the basic principles and concepts of private law will be examined, the validity of legal transactions and some concepts of the law of obligations will be analyzed in depth.
