6th Leadership Academy and Management Congress | Best Paper Award

At the 6th Leadership Academy and Management Congress, organized in collaboration with Silifke Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mersin University and supported by TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Istanbul Nisantasi University, Toros University, Çağ University, and Cukurova Development Agency between 3–5 October 2025, the paper titled “The Impact of Leadership Style on Employee Motivation: Evidence from the Turkish Banking Sector” was awarded the Best Paper Award.

The study, presented by Prof. Dr. H. Senem Göl Beşer and Zehra Öztürk from Yeditepe University, together with Prof. Dr. Hande Karadağ from MEF University, was awarded by the jury for its scientific quality, methodological approach, and sectoral contribution within the scope of the congress themed “An Innovative Congress Experience in University–Industry Collaboration.”
