The fourth Marmara Urban Forum (MARUF) will be held at the Haliç Congress Center on 1-3 October 2025

The fourth Marmara Urban Forum (MARUF), organized biennially internationally by the Marmara Municipalities Union, will take place at the Haliç Congress Center on October 1-3, 2025. Local administrators, academics, civil society representatives, and artists from Turkey and around the world will be present to discuss the past, present, and future of cities. As the Public Administration Department, we had the opportunity to share our views and thoughts on the city by participating in various panels and workshops.
