We are gathering for the ‘Combining Blue and Green’ Ecological City Design Game

On Monday, 22 December 2025, we are gathering for the ‘Combining Blue and Green’ Ecological City Design Game. Developed by Kadıköy Municipality Climate Ambassadors, this three-dimensional educational module offers the opportunity to experience how an ecologically based and climate change-resilient city can be built. Guided by project leader Işık Baştuğ, participants will assess the effects of climate change on urban life and evaluate feasible solutions, taking into account topics such as energy efficiency, waste management, biodiversity, and green space planning. They will then work collectively to complete a three-dimensional city design on a blank map. As Public Administration Department we invite our faculty members and students to join us in combining Blue and Green.
