Course Objectives: 

The course emphasizes how the variable of culture interacts with other national and international factors to affect managerial processes and behaviors as well as human behaviors and relationships.

 

Course Content: 

The concept of culture. The layers of culture. Cultural Variables. Subcultures. Influences on National Cultures. Developing Cultural Profiles. Culture and Management Styles Around the World. Organizational Culture. The impact of national culture on management.
