Course Objectives: 

It is essential to prepare students for the professional world as individuals with enhanced awareness, active in communication and negotiation and how crisis management should be done when communication is blocked how to take control of individual and organizational stress which is an indispensable element in business.

Course Content: 

In addition to transferring all the dynamics of communication valid in Turkey and the world, as well as the elements of communication such as voice, breath, diction  the course is taught to learn the methods of coping with stress and all related processed, and to cope with stress and crisis both in their own life and in the organization sense. It has content for learning and applying the methods of negotiation and learning and applying negotiation techniques.
