Course Objectives: 

The aim of this course is to ensure the students get the information about the purposes and functions of human resources management and to discuss the importance of HRM and how it processes.

Course Content: 

The aim of in this course is the history and development of the management of the staff, organizational goals and job descriptions, performance standards and operating rules, workforce planning, employee selection and principles of routes, manager selection, orientation, transfer, task incentive, and employee turnover, performance appraisal systems, and the results, wage systems, incentives wage systems, routes and methods of in-service training, management development are discussed. In addition to collective bargaining in the public sector and the impact of human resources, technocrats and issues management, organizational development, human resource related research, human resource management problems and solutions in our country is the subject of this course.
