Course Objectives: 

The purpose of the course is to introduce students basic principles of economy, actors and phenomena and to provide insight about the overall structure. This course will be instructed around the individual (household), general behavior principles about firms and market, the principle of rationality; will focus on the concepts of benefit and profit. The rational foundations and analytical methods of economic analysis will be brought to the students’ attention.
