Course Objectives: 

To create awareness and basic knowledge about organic farming principles and techniques.

Course Content: 

Conducting organic agricultural activities. Techniques of organic agricultural production. Development and dissemination of these techniques. Production techniques, organic production inputs, collection of products from natural areas in accordance with the principles of organic agriculture. Processing, packaging, labeling, storage, transportation, marketing, control, certification and inspection of these products.
