Course Objectives: 

The aim of the course is to provide students with the necessary information to become a project manager.

Course Content: 

Course content, providing information about project management,
content of e-commerce projects, creation of a business and project plan,
modeling of projects, project management process, project contract
types, payment planning, project progress and cost control, project
quality management, communication management, project continuous
monitoring and reporting of their work, uncertainty and risk issues, and
the management of repetitive projects.

Course Methodology:
