Course Objectives: 

To present the national and international legal infrastructure shaping the contemporary tourism policies, investments and business relationships.

Course Content: 

International tourism regulations, national legal provisions, tourism investment laws, governmental regulations, travel regulations, hotel-motel-yacht service provisions, legal issues in the sector
