Course Objectives: 

This course aims to provide general legal knowledge of the basic concepts of international trade law, its unique perspective, and emerging legal matters and their analyses. In addition, this course will enlarge students’ minds about which legal disputes will challenge individuals and the society in the future.

Course Content: 

Providing fundamental information about the terms and concepts related to international trade law, historical approach, current legal problems emerging in the global world, national and international regulations related to international trade law, e-commerce models, fundamentals of intellectual property and transport law.

Course Methodology:
