Internship is a compulsory course of the German International Business Management department. Our students, who will be able to choose the Internship course starting from their seventh semester, can receive the necessary support from our department's Internship Coordinator in making the necessary official correspondence and establishing contacts.

Before starting the internship, the Internship Form must be filled out and approved by your coordinator. After completing the internship, you can fill out the Institution Evaluation Form and the Intern Evaluation Form and submit them to your internship coordinator.

Internship Application Process

Students who will apply for an internship to an institution will complete the Internship Application Form. The Internship Application Form ”was signed by İ.İ.B.F(Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences). It is delivered to Student Affairs. Students have to submit the signed “Application Form  to İ.İ.B.F. The student receives the Internship Approval Form from the Registrar's Office and takes it to the institution they will apply for internship. The original of the Internship Approval Form which is stamped and signed by the institution accepting the internship, is then submitted to İ.İ.B.F. While they are kept for student affairs, they submit a photocopy to the department's internship coordinator.

At least 16 days before the start of the internship, the students are required to submit the following documents to Student Affairs in İ.İ.B.F.

  1. Trainee Preliminary Information Form
  2. Original Form of “Internship Approval” that received from the institution
  3. 2 Commitments (General Commitment and SSI Commitment)
  4. Copy of the student’s birth certificate
  5. Residence certificate
  6. A photo of the student
  7. Health Provision Information Sheet

After completing the internship, the students submit a letter to the department internship coordinator that shows the letterhead, stamped, signed, the unit and dates of the internship, the name, surname, title, phone and e-mail address of the affiliated person.

In the fall semester following the completion of their internship, students register for the Internship course in the department's academic program. Students can obtain information about their “Internship Report” from the department internship coordinator.

In order to help our students and graduates to experience business Life, Career and Personal Development Office at our university shares the job and internship announcements of the companies that cooperate with our university and sends the CVs of the applicants to the companies. The announcements are published by the Career and Individual Development Office on the website .
