Course Objectives:

To study human behavior in organizations and its effects on firms, to explain communication and relation between employees, how to motivate them, positive and negative side of formal and informal groups on organizational performance, also the importance of leader, structure of organization and organizational culture.

Course Content:

Information about attitudes and job satisfaction, motivation, communication, power and politics, organizational change.
