Course Objectives: 

The aim of this course is to draw students an outline about educational sciences and developing skills and affective characteristics about human resources.

Course Content: 

Discovering the role of human resources professionals as a strategic partner in the management of today's businesses, including issues such as recruitment, placement, development, evaluation, salary accounting and employee relations, the impact of the legal and global environment, training of the diversity of labor, sexual harassment, cost of benefit
