Providing basic information in line with the developments in the field of urban logistics and eliminating information deficiencies.
Course Content:
In this course, the urban logistics process, developments and innovations in e-commerce logistics, marketing, sales, retailer, customer service, governance methods, customs and finance will be discussed.
