Course Objectives: 

Providing students with the knowledge on the history and theory and the sources of ınternational law and with the related concepts and practices pertaining to "states and governments" and the other entities , juristiction and immunity", "treaties", acquisition of territory", "sea and air space", and with additional introductory analyses on "human rights", "evconomy" ,environment related subjects.

Course Content: 

Introductory explanations on the meaning and the function of ınternational law in historical and theoretical framework and preliminary approach to  "main personalities in international law", "concept and process of treaty", "territory acquisitiıon and legal consequences", "law of sea and air space"  in addition to basics of the

" human rights, environment and economic order" related subjects
