Dersin Amacı: 

Motivation, job satisfaction, groups, teams, leadership, power and policy, conflict and negotiation management, organizational culture, adoption of HR policies, organizational change and stress management and organizational communication are the subjects of the work environment to obtain the necessary information. In addition, students are expected to have knowledge about new approaches in the field of organizational behavior and researches in this field.

Dersin İçeriği: 

In this course, the introduction of Industrial and Organizational (I / O) Psychology, the topics discussed, the effects of historical events on the development of the field, the scientific methods used in the field and the basic issues in the field of Business Psychology will be examined.
