Course Objectives: 

To develop a knowledge base of key principles and notions in Commercial Law.

Course Content: 

Important notions of commercial enterprise course as consept of commercial enterprise, commercial enterprise turnovers, and pledge, notion of merchant, effects and consequences of being merchant and definitions, elements, difference from ordinary bills regarding bill of exchange and pleas. General provisions of company law, key principles, brief information of ordinary partnership enacted by Turkish Obligations Code and commercial partnerships enacted by Turkish Commercial Code.
