Course Objectives: 

Goal of the course is to examine the added value of managerial and organizational competencies required by the digital age together with the use of digital technologies to companies from a holistic point of view. It is also aimed to evaluate the importance of social media tools that contribute to the competitiveness of companies in the VUCA world.

Course Content: 

Importance of digital transformation, changing size and importance of management in the digital age, digital leadership, digital technologies, digital maturity, social media, VUCA world, company practices.
