Course Objectives: 

The main aim of this course is to demonstrate how the process from the idea to its commercialization is handled within the framework of entrepreneurship. It is aimed to help the students to implement their real-time business ideas and teach them the entrepreneurship ecosystem. In addition, better understanding and visualization of this process with examples of good practices in Turkey and around the world can also be evaluated within the scope of the course.

 
Course Content: 

The content of the course consists of topics such as recognizing opportunities and developing ideas, feasibility analysis, writing a business plan, business model development, industry and competitor analysis, funding, market selection and positioning, intellectual capital, growth strategies and franchising.
