The aim of this course is to help students develop a conceptual understanding of organizational behavior theories and provide the skills to put these ideas and theories into practice.

 

 

 

Course Content: 

Topics include, but are not limited to, behavior in the workplace, personality, corporate belonging, organizational citizenship, motivation, team dynamics
