The aim of this course is to convey the knowledge, experience and equipment that will ensure the sustainability of family businesses within the framework of current management paradigms
Topics include, but are not limited to, strengths and weaknesses of family businesses, institutionalization in family businesses, managing family business conflicts, succession management, family constitution drafting, professionalization, strategic planning.
