Course Objectives:
This course is designed to introduce students the fundamental concepts, methods and technical tools necessary to make efficient and successful financial decisions in institutions.
Course Content:
Topics discussed include Financial Management Overview; Financial Statements and Cash Flow; Analysis of Financial Statements and Financial Planning; Time Value of Money and Discounted Cash Flow Valuation; Markets; Valuation of Securities; Interest Rates and Risk Factors relevant for Interest Rates; Efficient Markets.
