Course Objectives: 

The aim of this course is to draw students an outline about human resources to make them understand how important the human resources function is in modern organisations.

Course Content: 

Discovering the role of human resources professionals as a strategic partner in the management of today's businesses, including issues such as recruitment, placement, development, evaluation, salary accounting, employee relations, the impact of the legal and global environment, labour diversity, sexual harassment
