To provide the students with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to understand organizations, organizational structures and processes.

To understand the basic information about organizations, organizational structures and processes, to underline the fundamentals of organizational structure, determinants of effective organizational design and structural designs that managers can implement the conditions in this design
